Where do you travel to?
We're based in Lebanon, TN. A travel fee kicks in for anything past 30 miles from our home base. Not sure if you're in range? Fill out the form above and we'll let you know.
How much space does the trailer need?
Our trailer is 7 × 14 feet, so we need a flat, accessible space at least that size. A standard driveway, parking lot, or open grass area works great.
Do you need power or can you bring a generator?
We can work with on-site power or bring our own generator. Just let us know when you fill out the form so we can plan accordingly.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4 weeks out, especially for weekends and peak season. The earlier the better because our dates fill up fast.
What drinks do you serve at events?
We bring the full Southern Sips menu including Southern Signatures, Dirty Sodas, and Lotus Energy drinks. We can also work with you on a custom menu built around your event.
How long does setup and breakdown take?
We typically plan for 1 hour of setup and 30 minutes of breakdown. Build that into your venue timeline when you book.
Is there a minimum guest count?
We work with events of all sizes. A minimum spend may apply for smaller gatherings. We'll cover all the details in your quote.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. We require a 20% deposit to secure your date, and the rest of your invoice is due 30 days prior to the event.
What if it rains?
We're built for outdoor events, so we recommend having a covered or sheltered area nearby as a backup. We'll work with you to make it happen rain or shine.
